The Quilt Art Gallery is intended to be a simple gallery of work done by the artist John Paul Stanley. The simple layout and lack of text lets the artwork speak for itself. He wanted a simple site that was so easy to navigate that a person who didn't know much about using the web could still wander through the gallery and enjoy his artwork without even knowing about the browser's back button. This was a simple site program and was completed in a couple hours. The site is small and static, so I implemented it as static HTML pages for efficiency and portability.
